Bihr static wheel balancer

Bihr manual static wheel balancer for front and rear wheels.

Supplied with axle and conical adapters, it adapts to any type of hub. The axle, working on special bearings, allows friction-free rotation.

The balancer includes a level for checking correct base positioning.
