Ixtem Moto may collect personal data directly from you. In accordance with the principle of minimization, we only collect data that is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The various categories of data collected when you register and use our services are as follows:

- Identification data (e.g. surname, first name, customer number) ;
- Contact data (e.g. postal or e-mail address);
- Connection data (in particular your computer's IP address, connection and usage logs);
- Financial data (payment history);
- Commercial data (list of products and services you have purchased);

Your personal data is collected and processed solely on the legal basis provided by the Regulations:

1. As part of the execution of a sale:

- Customer account management;
- Customer or user identification and authentication;
- Communications with the customer (technical and commercial assistance);
- Management of pre-litigation, litigation and unpaid invoices;
- Management of rights and requests to exercise personal rights;
- Provision and operation of services;
- Hosting of customer or user data;
- Administration and management of network and services.

2. For legitimate interests or, where applicable, on the basis of your consent:

- Fighting fraud and preventing non-payment;
- Enrichment and enhancement of the customer/prospect base;
- Organization of competitions;
- Carrying out statistical studies, analyses and audience measurement;
- Network deployment and operation;
- Network security.

3. To ensure compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations as defined by current legislation.

We will only keep your data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes or to meet our legal obligations.

Personal data used for commercial prospecting purposes may be kept for a maximum of three (3) years from the end of the commercial relationship.

Your personal data may be processed by Ixtem Moto's authorized personnel, partners or service providers. Recourse to these partners or service providers is necessary for the proper execution of Ixtem Moto's commitments.

These recipients will never process your data outside the European Union, and all transfers will be carried out in compliance with the Regulations.

We have defined technical and organizational measures to protect your data in an appropriate manner according to its nature, the extent of the processing and its accessibility. These may include, for example, data encryption, access rights management, secure data flows, etc.

Respect for the security and protection of your data is an obligation for all our employees and service providers.

You may at any time request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data, provided this does not hinder the proper performance of the contract or compliance with Ixtem Moto's legal obligations, in accordance with the conditions laid down by law.

You also have the right to modify or withdraw, at any time, the consents you have given us for the processing of your personal data.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to their portability, under the conditions set out in the Regulations.

It is important that the information you send us is accurate and up to date and that you inform us without delay of any significant changes concerning you.
