The stock indications on ixtem-moto.com are highly reliable, so there are no nasty surprises: if a product is indicated as being in stock, you won't receive an e-mail telling you that it's on backorder or out of stock. Product availability is clearly displayed
The indication of product availability is always visible on the product sheet of the motorcycle equipment, accessories or spare parts you are looking for.
The information displayed is a delivery time. If, for any reason whatsoever, the delivery of your order is delayed, we will inform you promptly and offer you the possibility of modifying or cancelling your order.
- Shipped within 24h " means that we have the product in stock.
- Shipped within 3 to 5 days " means that we do not have the product in stock and that the supplier concerned will deliver within 5 days.
- Shipped within 10 to 15 days " means that we do not have the product in stock and that the supplier concerned has a longer delivery time.
- For products out of stock, we indicate on the product sheet the restocking lead time communicated by our supplier.
In all cases, these are working days, and do not include weekends or public holidays.

We have taken care to work with suppliers who have an efficient logistics structure and are therefore able to deliver quickly. Most of them provide us with a weekly overview of their stocks, enabling us to adapt our range accordingly and offer you an impeccable level of service.
We set up a computerized exchange of product availabilities with them to display stock information as close as possible to reality.
