It couldn't be easier to attach your waterproof Monsoon Evo pannier to a luggage rack with 18 mm tubes, unless there's an obstacle to the position of the bracket.

With this adapter, you can shift one of the two Monsoon Evo pannier supports by 35 mm.

This allows the pannier to fit perfectly on the original stainless steel luggage rack of the BMW GS series or on certain Givi brackets.
