Ixtem Moto, a team of demanding enthusiasts

The story of Ixtem Moto began in 2006. Michel and Isabelle decided to design a website that was anything but ordinary. Their aim: to create a human adventure around motorcycles in the still nascent online sector. This hybrid site is halfway between an online boutique and a wealth of information for motorcyclists, where the customer is the focus of all attention. Who talks to you about equipment or after-sales service? Who greets you in our showroom? Who are the stars of our videos? Time for introductions:

The biker is at the heart of everything we do. That's why we take care of our customer service, why our product sheets are so detailed and why we create so much content to advise you. We like to bring you the best solutions at the right price. If we're in this business, it's because our whole team sincerely enjoys this close relationship with the customer.

Videos (more than 630 with over 6.5 million views), product tests, tutorials- we do our utmost to share our experiences to help you find out more and select the equipment that 's right for you. We're very keen to get out and meet the motorcycling community, particularly through trade shows, raids and outings. Some of our customers have become friends over the years. We even go as far as our showroom, where you'll be greeted by Pascal, who knows our products inside out.

We're also flexible, open and attentive to your needs. When a customer asks us for a piece of equipment we don't know about, we do our research, ask around, then if we like it we add it to our references.

Ixtem-Moto has more than 70,000 references on its website for all motorcycle practices (rider-passenger equipment/accessories/technical parts). We devote a great deal of our time to researching and prospecting new brands and products. That's why you'll find some of them only with us (or almost only with us).

Quality, innovation, durability: we carefully select what we offer you. We've also developed close links with our suppliers, and we only work with brands that meet our demanding motorcycling criteria.

We also make a point of testing them ourselves! Michel even went so far as to ride in -12°C weather at the Millevaches winter event, to make sure that our cold-weather gear really does keep you warm!

Over the years, our close-knit, stable team has acquired in-depth expertise in the technical aspects of motorcycling and motorcycling equipment. It's also your assurance of being in contact with the same Ixtem member for personalized follow-up.
