Universal riser with ROX offset for handlebars 28mm +38/-25

This ROX SPEED FX universal riser raises and offsets your machine's handlebars by a few millimeters. This minor modification of the handlebar position will give you a much more comfortable riding position than the original, reducing fatigue and improving the feel of the machine.
