Are motorcycle backpacks really different?
Absolutely! From one bag to the next, you'll find a totally different design, conceived for a specific use. For example, there are aerodynamic bags specially designed not to impact on the rider's driving at high speed. On the other hand, bags with integrated back protectors are designed above all to protect the rider in the event of a crash. Their primary objective, however, remains (obviously) to carry your personal belongings.
How do I know if my motorcycle backpack is waterproof?
Do you ride every day, or perhaps you're planning to travel in a humid climate? There's nothing worse than having all your belongings get wet because of a membrane that isn't very effective, or simply isn't there. To avoid this kind of mishap, we specify on most of our product sheets whether the bag in question is waterproof or has a membrane. If you have any doubts, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to help.
How to choose the right motorcycle bag?
First of all, think about how you're going to use your backpack. Is it for your commute to work? Is it for traveling? Defining your use is crucial, because your needs won't be the same. Next, you'll need to judge the practical aspects of a bag (e.g. straps, mesh fabric, storage, integrated back protector, etc.), to know whether or not you'll need more or less of an item for your use. Finally, consider the budget criterion, so you can start from a price range that suits your wallet. We haven't even touched on the choice of design and color - after all, everyone's different!
