The DialDim™ intelligent lighting controller provides a complete solution with easy control of all lighting functions via a multicolor "halo" switch. This means you can independently switch on/off and dim two additional lighting sets from a single switch. The LED "halo" switch displays your exact settings and enables rapid dimming.
It also features high beam, turn signal and horn inputs to activate smart flash functions that can cancel your auxiliary lights with your turn signal, flash your auxiliary lights as a turn signal, or strobe your lights when you activate your horn
Features:
ON/OFF & Dim: Independently control two sets of on/off lights and the intensity level using the DialDim™ switch. The blue halo controls light set 1 and the green halo controls light set 2. Double-click to toggle between the two circuits
High/Low Sync: Your auxiliary lights will automatically switch from your current setting to full intensity with the original high beam switch. Simply connect the blue input wire to your vehicle's high beam circuit to activate this function.
Stealth mode: An intelligent 0% light intensity setting on the switch allows your lights to be switched off under normal driving conditions, but they will switch to 100% intensity with your vehicle's high beam switch. In this mode, the lights also respond to turn signal and horn signals, but will remain off when no input is detected.
Turn signal cancellation : When activated, the main lights (blue circuit 1) turn off in synchronization with your original turn signal. Simply connect the yellow and orange wires to your vehicle's flasher circuit to activate this function.
Flash as flasher : When this function is activated, your lights (green circuit 2) will flash in sync with your original turn signals. Simply connect the yellow and orange wires to your vehicle's turn signal circuit to activate this function.
Strobe with horn: When this function is activated, the auxiliary lights on both circuits flash at 4 Hz when you sound your horn. Simply connect the green wire to your vehicle's horn circuit to activate this function.
Electronically fused circuits: Both lighting circuits are electronically fused and can be adjusted directly from the switch. The halo lights up red to warn you when a circuit fuse has tripped.
Voltage indicator: When the vehicle is started, the halo on the switch flashes green to indicate a healthy battery voltage, or red to indicate a battery voltage below 11.8 volts.
Low-voltage cut-off: If battery voltage falls below 10.8 volts, the lights won't come on, so you won't be stranded. The halo on the switch indicates the low-voltage state.
NB: For machines fitted with LED indicators with permanent daytime running lights, the flash and cancel functions with the indicators are not always usable: if the electrical signal from the indicators is not dissociated from the daytime running lights, the DialDim will not be able to detect when the indicators are switched on or off correctly.
