Delivery within 2 to 4 days to one of the 17,000 Pickup points across France, with extended opening hours. €4.99 for orders under €49, €5.99 for orders over €49. Delivery in mainland France is free for orders from €99 up to €249.

For Corsica and other European countries, shipping costs are shown in your cart or on the carrier selection page during checkout.

Your parcel will be delivered to the Pickup point of your choice within 2 to 4 days after dispatch. You will be notified by SMS and/or email when your order is ready for collection. Please collect your parcel within 7 working days, otherwise it will be returned to us.

For Pickup Station lockers, the collection period is 3 working days. This type of pickup point is not suitable for bulky or heavy parcels.

Chronopost Express Pickup Point Delivery

Delivery within 24 hours. €8.99 for orders under €90 and €7.99 for orders over €90. Delivery is free from €249.

Your parcel will be delivered to the pickup point of your choice on the day after dispatch. You will be notified by SMS and/or email when your order is ready for collection. Please collect your parcel within 10 days, otherwise it will be returned to us.

For Pickup Station lockers, the collection period is 3 working days. This type of pickup point is not suitable for bulky or heavy parcels.

Colissimo Home Delivery

Delivery is free from €199 and costs €11.99 for orders under €399 in France and Belgium, with delivery within 2 to 5 working days. For home delivery, Corsica can only be served via Colissimo.

Your parcel will be shipped to the address provided when placing your order.

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, your parcel will be made available at your local post office. Please collect it within 14 days, otherwise it will be returned to us.

Chronopost 24h Home Delivery

€9.99 for orders under €99 and €12.99 for orders over €99. A €15 surcharge applies for Corsica.

Your parcel will be shipped to the address provided when placing your order and delivered on the day after dispatch, handed over in person against signature.

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, your parcel will be dropped off at the nearest pickup point and you will be notified by email. Please collect it within 10 days, otherwise it will be returned to us.

These conditions apply to mainland France only.

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service allows you to place your order online and collect it from our Ixtem Moto warehouse, located at 25 Chemin de Lou Tribail, 33610 Cestas, France. It is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

You will receive an email informing you when your order is ready for collection. You will then have 15 days to collect it. Please remember to bring a valid ID and your order number.

If you are unable to collect your order yourself, you may authorise someone else to collect it on your behalf. They must bring a signed authorisation letter from you, along with their own valid ID.

Delivery to Other Countries

For other countries, shipping costs depend on the destination country and are displayed during checkout.

French Overseas Territories and Countries Requiring Air Transport

Since July 2013, all Colissimo parcels transported by air have been billed to shippers based on the parcel’s volumetric weight rather than its actual weight.

The amount shown in your cart is an estimate. We may need to contact you if this charge is not sufficient to cover the full shipping cost.

Bulky or Heavy Items

For parcels delivered in France, if the size or weight of your order is too great for our usual carriers, we will need to hand it over to another carrier, who will contact you to arrange delivery.

Bulky parcels cannot be delivered to pickup points and are therefore not included in the free pickup point delivery offer from €99. Pickup point delivery will not be available for bulky parcels. Tyres fall into this category of products that cannot be delivered to pickup points.
