With this OPTIMATE DC to DC charger, you can charge the battery of your motorcycle, scooter or outboard from another 12-volt battery, without the need for a mains supply (e.g. a car or truck battery). Ideal when you're on the move (towed by another vehicle) and don't have access to a traditional power source!

Like the rest of the OPTIMATE range, the OPTIMATE DC to DC charger recovers, charges and maintains your vehicle's 12-volt battery. The charger's high-performance long-life maintenance mode protects the source battery, charging the maintained battery only when it needs it. The maintenance mode keeps the connected battery fully charged, without overcharging, prolonging battery life and performance.

The OPTIMATE DC to DC charger can rescue a fully discharged and sulfated battery from 1 V.
