Stand-alone batteries are sold separately or as a glove + battery pack.

Gloves supplied on their own, without battery cable kit or stand-alone battery. These gloves can't be used on their own, so you'll need to buy a kit or add a battery cable or stand-alone batteries and 7V/12V charger.

Gerbing GT gloves use Microwire Pro® technology. This patented system comprises hundreds of Teflon-coated stainless steel filaments sewn into a fabric embedded in the gloves. This technology is the most durable and effective over time, as the steel filaments are virtually unbreakable (the steel wire can stretch and shrink by 30%), do not wear out and heat up very quickly (10 seconds after connection)
The XTREME technology on this model provides even more warmth than previous versions.

IXTEM MOTO tip: Take a wire+fuse pack and long Y cable to connect to your vehicle's 12V battery if you want unlimited heating time.
If you make short trips, don't like cables and drive above 0°C, opt for the 7V 2600 mAh battery kit.
If you're on a longer trip, driving close to and below 0°C, and don't want cables, then opt for the 12V 2500 mAh battery pack.
