Givi Monokey ALASKA 2x36L side cases

Designed for off-road use, Givi's ALASKA aluminum cases bring a host of new features and complete the TREKKER OUTBACK range.

Unlike TREKKER OUTBACKs, ALASKA cases are designed to fit "standard" MONOKEY-type brackets (rather than 18mm CAM-SIDE brackets). The 3-point attachment has been developed specifically for this model, and offers a novel feature: the case can be unlocked and tilted forward (without being completely detached from the carrier), allowing the hood to be opened without being obstructed by a large top case, and providing easy access to the case's contents.

FASTENING: ALASKA cases can be fitted to MONOKEY® tubular brackets (Givi or Kappa), choosing the appropriate part number for your machine, type PL, PLR, PLO__MK or PLOR__MK.

- Kit of two 37-liter aluminum cases
- Dimensions (WxHxD) in mm: 562 x 374 x 260
- Materials: natural aluminum with mechanical treatment for the structure, stainless steel for the opening hinges and reinforced technopolymer for the profiles and strap routing
- WIRELEASE® SYSTEM: patented cable system allowing suitcases to be unhooked from the side frame with a 1/4 turn of the handle. Suitcases are installed simply by clipping them onto the bracket.
- HOLD IT EASY® SYSTEM: Patented system for tilting cases without detaching them completely from the rack. This mechanical system has been specially designed to prevent suitcases from accidentally falling and to facilitate loading/unloading, even with a bulky central top-case, which could restrict access to and opening of the lid.
- New hood opening hinge: more robust, it allows the hood to be opened completely without the need for a retaining wire
- Ergonomic carrying handle integrated into lid rotation hinge
- Four belt loops integrated into the cover's monolithic structure
- Anchoring points screwed to the back of the cases (rather than riveted), for easy replacement in the event of breakage following a fall
- Locks and keys supplied (SL type) with a third cylinder for a possible top case
