Discover the HELITE VENTED Airbag jacket, a motorcycle jacket designed in highly ventilated mesh, equipped with a Helite TURTLE Airbag to protect you effectively in the event of a fall (triggered in 0.1 seconds).
In the event of an accident, as soon as the rider is ejected from the vehicle, air cushions instantly inflate to protect the rider's body. Activation of the system is simple and automatic. A safety cord connects the motorcycle to the jacket. As soon as the rider separates from the motorcycle, the cord pulls the activation key and gas is released into the airbag assembly. The airbags can absorb falls and collisions. After a few seconds, the gas is released automatically via a valve.
TURTLE technology: a backrest has been added on top of the airbags, so that impact on it distributes the forces on the bladders more evenly, offering optimum protection.
Technical features of the Helite VENTED jacket:
Protection:
- Equipped with the Helite TURTLE airbag vest, which activates in 0.1 seconds.
- Reusable airbag, simply refill with a new CO2 cartridge (size 60cc)
- Zones of protection: thorax, liver, spleen, coccyx, spine, clavicles and cervicals
- CE-certified KNOX® elbow and shoulder protection
- CE-approved vest and Airbag system
- CE-certified SAS-TEC® back protector
- Large retro-reflective piping on front, back and arms
- Supplied with cord and cartridge
Construction:
- Main construction of highly ventilated mesh front and back for optimum ventilation, and abrasion-resistant textile
- Flexible textile behind elbows and shoulder blades for comfort in riding position
- Removable waterproof liner inside the jacket (not attached)
- Collar with comfortable neoprene riser
- Numerous interior and exterior pockets in all sizes
- Made in France
