Successor to the famous KARRO3, the Metzeler KAROO 4 is still positioned in the 50% road / 50% offroad TRAIL tire segment. It has evolved in particular to improve on the following points:

- Increased longevity, especially for big trails
- Improved roadholding: more agile cornering and better wet handling
- More efficient off-road traction and handling on greasy or loose surfaces (mud, sand, small stones, etc.).

The KAROO 4 is an excellent alternative to Motoz's Tractionator Adventure, Mitas' E-07+, Continental's TKC80 and Bridgestone's AX41.
