NB: The replacement strap is not covered by warranty. With time and UVs, rubber becomes brittle, so this part is considered a consumable by Ram Mount. On the other hand, if the rubber band breaks after the first few uses, it's because it's too small for the size of the smartphone! In this case, opt for the next size up OR replace the strap with two traditional rubber bands (sized to match the diagonal of your device), looped around the central ball of the X-GRIP.
