Is your tank getting a bit old? Is it starting to show deposits, or are the walls no longer as shiny as when it was first installed? Then the Restom SUPERKIT will give your tank a new lease of life and save you the hassle of replacing it!

The kit contains:
- A Restom® SDT 4060 Super Degreaser
- A Restom®PAC 2030 Descaler-Phosphate
- A Restom®EIR 2000 Two-component Resin
The tanks of old vehicles, cars or motorcycles, are
frequently rusted with the resulting disadvantages:
● Clogging of filters and carburetors
● Possible puncture of tanks
● Bad smells
● Risk of ignition.
Today's unleaded fuels degrade in the presence of metal and especially rust. The plasticization provided by
treatment considerably reduces this degradation and avoids deposits in tanks and carburetors.
To permanently repair these tanks, we offer treatment kits specially developed for this purpose.
These kits are pre-measured for one tank. Our know-how is based on over 25 years' experience in these treatments.
Suitable for steel, copper and brass tanks - EXCEPT STAINLESS STEEL.
Suitable for all fuels: SP95 / SP95-E10 / SP98 / E85 / Diesel / RNG / Avgas 100LL
The different products are introduced successively into the tank to be treated, following the very detailed instructions enclosed in the box.
They are distributed by simply turning the tank on itself, so as to coat the inside walls.
The treatment is simple to perform and requires no tools.
The resin begins to thicken after around 2 hours. This slow curing speed ensures careful distribution.
Tanks with partitions: use a larger kit, especially if you're close to the maximum capacity that the
kit can handleNB: If a Restom EIR 2000 treatment is already present in the tank, check the adhesion of this treatment by scraping in several places with a screwdriver:
- if the resin is perfectly adherent (scratches but does not peel off) : degrease with Restom®SDT 4060 and reapply Restom EIR 2000 resin to the area to be reinforced (these 2 products are combined in the Restom Kit Alu)
- if the resin has been poorly applied (delamination) or has suffered an impact (cracking): strip with Restom® DKPANT 4031, following the procedure
If a treatment other than Restom resin is already present in the tank (e.g. original coating, or other resin or paint which has peeled off, etc.), strip with Restom® DKPANT 4031....), remove it with Restom® DKPANT 4031
